Root & Rafter Home Co. is a father-and-daughter-owned home improvement, construction and property care business. We started it to give homeowners something simple: one trusted place to call about the whole property.
Dad — on the build
Dad leads construction, planning, troubleshooting, repairs and renovations. He brings decades of hands-on building experience to every job, from framing an addition to figuring out why a floor gives underfoot.
Bri — keeping it all on track
Bri handles scheduling, estimates, customer communication, documentation and project coordination — so you always know what's happening and when. She's hands-on too, with painting, trim, decorating and lighter improvement projects.
The right people for the job
When a project calls for a specialty trade or an extra crew, we bring in experienced professionals and stay your main point of contact from start to finish.
We serve Hoover, Chelsea, Mountain Brook, Vestavia Hills and Cahaba Heights, with Homewood, Hueytown, Bessemer, McCalla, Green Pond, Woodstock, West Blocton and other Central Alabama areas by request.

Trusted trade network
We maintain relationships with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, septic, and other specialty trade professionals and may help customers coordinate specialty work outside our in-house scope. That specialty work is performed by those independent professionals, not by Root & Rafter Home Co.
