The fine print, plainly

Proposed baseline rates cover typical owner-occupied homes up to 2,500 sq ft within our approved scheduled service routes, with a 12-month agreement paid monthly.
Travel outside standard routes, larger homes and larger properties may need an individual quote.
Discounts apply only to qualifying Root & Rafter self-performed labor and cannot be combined.
Scheduling is subject to availability. Plans do not include unlimited repair service, on-call emergency response or 24/7 coverage.
Visits are limited visual maintenance reviews — not licensed home inspections, structural certifications, code inspections, warranties or a guarantee of a hazard-free home. Serious hazards we notice are flagged for prompt attention by the right professional.
Plans are service memberships, not insurance or home warranties.
